What hours are the reception open?


The reception is open 10.00-15.00 every day.

If I arrive after 15.00, how can I do a self check-in?


You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the instructions how to do a self check-in. This hotel is keyless, and we use codes. The code you receive is personal and is only activated during your stay here. The code works for the front door, for the luggage room and to your booked room.

What time do I need to check-out?


Latest 11.00. But if you need to leave earlier you just check-out.

Do you have towels?


You can rent towels in the reception. We don’t provide towels to the dorms, but all private rooms have that included in the price. Please leave them on the bed after check-out.

Do you have lockers in the room?


All our guests have access to lockers. However, you must have your own padlock to be able to lock the cabinet. If you are missing one, you can buy it from us at the reception.

Do you have showers/wc inside the rooms?


Almost all our rooms have private bathrooms inside the room. It is in our description for all room types and pictures of this. You can always contact us if you are unsure or have any questions.

Do you have parking spaces for my car?


No, we do not have our own parking spaces, but there is space to park on the street outside and in the immediate area. Be sure to pay the parking fees though, because there are parking attendants around all the time.

Can I store my luggage?


-Yes, it is possible to store your luggage with us before your check-in and after check-out. You will have the information about this in the confirmation e-mail from us.

Can I cancel my booking for free?


No, all our bookings are non-refundable.

Do the rooms have windows?


Most of our rooms have no windows. It is in our description for all room types and pictures of this. You can always contact us if you are unsure or have any questions.

When can I check-In?


From 15.00. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, which contains instructions for the check-in.

If I arrive before 10.00, how can I do an early check-in?


When you book with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, which contains instructions for entering the hotel. You can not check in before 15.00, as we have to use the time 11.00-15.00 to clean all the rooms between our guests. You can of course come to the hotel and wait here before check-in.

How do I check-out?


Please leave all the bedlinen on the bed, don’t forget any items in the room, and we will take care of the rest.

Do I need to pay extra for bed linen?


No, all bed linen are included in the price. It is not allowed to use your own bed linen.

Can I borrow a hairdryer?


Yes, that's no problem, you can borrow a hairdryer and buy various products at the reception. Contact us and the staff will help you.

Can I bring my bicycle or electric scooter?


You are not allowed to bring bicycles or electric scooters to us. There is no storage space for this, and it is an escape hazard if you have the bike in the room or in the corridor. An electric scooter is completely prohibited due to the fire risk with large batteries.

Can I vape at your place?


All types of smoking indoors are completely prohibited. And we would like to see that you do not smoke outside the entrance either, as it disturbs both neighbours and litters down outside on the street.

Can I change my booking dates?


If you wish to change something in your booking, dates or something else, you must contact us and we will do our best to make it happen.

Do you accept group bookings for larger parties?


Of course we do, just contact us and we will help you with this.

Is it possible to have breakfast?


No, we do not provide breakfast. But we have a large and fully equipped kitchen that our guests appreciate very much. There you can cook breakfast, lunch and dinner.
